Chris has been wonderful. He is very professional, quick to respond and very friendly. I received a letter in the mail from Chris about the refinancing of my vehicle. I called out of curiosity and I am extremely happy I did. I was able to get a hold of Chris by phone easily and he explained the entire process on how the refinancing could benefit me. Chris was able to lower my interest rate and lower my monthly payments without affecting my payment duration by much. (About a month or two) I had 3 options to choose from wich was great considering ive never had opportunity before when buying from the dealership. Also there was no need to trade In my vehicle. I didn't really want to trade in my 3 year old vehicle as I really enjoy the size and comfort. Being a senior I was very leery of scams over the phone and who I might be talking to.
