• Valid Insurance Certificate

• Provincial Vehicle Ownership/Registration

• Pre-Authorization Form or Void Cheque

• Other: Additional documents may be required for some applications

 

Submission Tips:

• You should be the listed owner on the vehicle’s registration.

• By submitting this form, you authorize SafeLend Canada to update your personal information in our electronic systems.

• Keep your file name under 76 characters.

• Only upload files in .pdf, .png, .jpg, or .jpeg formats.

• Ensure your file size does not exceed 10 MB.

• Double-check that your documents are right side up.
